Tosibox Oy, based in Finland with subsidiaries in the US, Germany, and
Sweden, is the market leader in OT cybersecurity and network
automation. To support their expanding global footprint, Tosibox
selected NetSuite ERP to streamline their operations and integrate
regional compliance needs.
Their project also included multiple third-party solutions, such as:

• Avalara Avatax for US tax compliance
• Staria AP Automation (AP Flow) for accounts payable
• Cobase for bank account connectivity, payments, and reconciliation
• Pagero for e-invoicing

Midway through the build stage, Tosibox faced challenges including
managing multiple third-party integrations, addressing additional
NetSuite scope, and ensuring timely delivery of the project.

Solution

TrueVantage joined the project during the build stage to re-baseline
the integrated project plan and provide leadership, expertise, and
continuity. Key contributions included:

• Managing all third-party vendors, including Avalara, Staria, Cobase,
  and Pagero, and holding them accountable for their deliverables.
• Addressing additional NetSuite functional and technical scope that
  exceeded the SI’s remit.
• Establishing detailed data migration and cutover plans with the
  client and NetSuite Professional Services.
• Providing bespoke training to Tosibox employees, complementing
  the training provided by the SI.
• Introducing regular cadence calls to support Tosibox leadership in
  making informed project decisions.
• Delivering tailored project management and ensuring a smooth,
  on-time, and on-budget go-live.
