Amar Malhotra is the founder of TrueVantage and a NetSuite Solution Architect with over 13 years of experience in the NetSuite ecosystem. He has led and contributed to more than 20 ERP implementations across industries including SaaS, professional services, inventory management, healthcare, and freight logistics. His work spans first-time go-lives as well as rescuing stalled projects left behind by other partners.

Before founding TrueVantage in 2018, Amar spent nearly a decade at NetSuite (Oracle), progressing from ERP Specialist to Professional Services Consultant to ACS Practice Manager. In that role, he oversaw the delivery of NetSuite services across the UK and Germany, managing 60 active engagements and a team of 11 consultants simultaneously. That experience on both the vendor and client side gives him a perspective most independent consultants simply don’t have.

What sets Amar apart is a combination that’s rare in the NetSuite space: a formal accounting background paired with deep technical expertise. He doesn’t just build what he’s told to. He takes the time to fully understand the business requirements, consults on the best path forward, and maps out the use cases before writing a single line of code. He holds five NetSuite certifications, including SuiteCloud Developer, Certified Administrator, and ERP Consultant, alongside qualifications in generative AI. Based in Surrey, he works with businesses across the UK and beyond, and speaks English, German, Hindi, and Punjabi.
